The development
Señorio de Punta Prima is a luxurious site on the Costa Blanca of Spain, right next to the coast. A small walk, some 300 meters brings you to the beach and the sea. The open development enjoys 24 hours security through a closed camera circuit and includes swimming pools and even a Pitch and Put. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets and other services are all nearby.
The holiday homes
In Señorio de Punta Prima we offer luxurious apartments of 1 and 2 bedrooms, all with a wide terrace and/or solarium and access to the comunal pools surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. The apartments are completely furnished and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Just bring your personal belongings.
The area
Punta Prima in the South of the province of Alicante is next to Torrevieja which lies North of it wheras we find the area of La Zenia with its magnificent beach to the South. Torrevieja is a lively town that offers many options for shopping, markets, strolling its promenade and eating out. If there would ever be a need, here you will also find a brand new hospital. Further to the North you will find some long beaches, dunes and pine woods at La Marina and the Flamencos in the Salt lakes of Guardamar. A visit to the city of Alicante further up is of course a must if you have a day to spend.
If you turn in the direction of Cartagena from Punta Prima you pass Cabo Roig which offers a nice but small beach and Campoamor with 2 white sand beaches. Along the road you will find numerous restaurants and bars, mostly well prepared for foreigners but some still with the authentic Spanish touch. A bit further you get into Pilar de Horadada with its inmense beaches at Torre de la Horadada and San Pedro de Pinatar, both small towns that you may want to stroll through or visit its markets. For golfers there are numerous golf courses within easy reach. The nearest ones are the courses at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas, and the Real Club de Campoamor, all some 15 minutes drive away. See for more courses our pages Golf in Alicante and Golf in Murcia.
Other sports can be enjoyed either along the coast, like sailing, surfing, diving and horse riding, or inland where you can even go climbing. There are also some leisure parks in the area.
Access
Señorio de Punta Prima is situated in the South of the Province of Alicante, a few kilometers South of Torrevieja and just North of Campoamor, Cabo Roig and La Zenia, all part of Orihuela Costa. It is approximatly ¾ hours from Alicante (El Altet) airport and ½ an hour from San Javier airport, both with many low cost flights. See also one of our link pages. Access is from the coast road N-332, easy to get to from either airport (from San Javier first take the AP7 to Alicante and exit at Campoamor), and clearly signposted whether you come from the North (Alicante and Torrevieja) or the South (Cartagena, San Javier, San Pedro de Pinatar and Campoamor). Once you turn to Punta Prima from the roundabout that you can not miss (there is a highly visible real estate office called Bennecke there) follow the signs to “Integra” some 200 meters down the road to the right and first to the left (Portal 10, groundfloor B), to pick up your keys.
